Trump officially DEFUNDS the WHO for Coronavirus cover up

A week after threatening to defund the World Health Organization, President Trump has made good on his threat.

The President today, instructing his administration to halt funding to the WHO immediately.

He said the WHO had “failed in its basic duty” in its response to the coronavirus outbreak.

As the organisations leading sponsor, the United States has a duty to insist on full accountability”, the President added.

The President also accused the UN body of covering up for China at the centre of the outbreak in Wuhan.

In late January, President Trump closed U.S. borders to foreign nationals who had recently been in China.

The border closure was in direct contradiction to the widely publicized WHO recommendation that

Travel bans to affected areas or denial of entry to passengers coming from affected areas are usually not effective in preventing the importation”.

Democrats and their leftwing counterparts around the world condemned the Presidents border policy at the time as “xenophobic and racist”.

China allowed 5 million nationals to travel to the U.S. from the epicentre during the breakout of the Wuhan Virus.

The U.S. is by far the highest funder of the World Health Organization paying over $400 million per year to the organisation.
