Theresa May has made yet another statement to the nation Today at Downing Street.
Leave.EU shared the anti-climatic sentiment shortly after by tweeting “Is that it?”
The Prime Minister insisted that she wants to deliver Brexit, which appears to be a bit of a catch 22, as at the same time she opposes a WTO Brexit.
Addressing the public She said “I am on your side” and that people were “tired of infighting and political games” and it was “high time” MP’s made a decision on the next steps.
She has stated that she is not prepared to delay Brexit beyond 30th June and that it been a matter of “deep personal regret”, however she has refrained from being in favour of a No Deal Brexit on 29th March.
President of the EU Council Donald Tusk earlier said that the EU’s agreement to a short delay was “possible” but only if the commons gives a positive vote to her current deal.
