IMPRISONMENT For Burning The EU Flag

EU Toilet Roll

The European Union, widely recognised as a bureaucratic totalitarian entity that subverts the will of nation-states, does not want its flag set on fire.

Subjugated Nation States are quick to defend the honour of their bureaucratic totalitarian rulers in Brussels while carrying their banner.

The German state of Saxony looks to criminalise any desecration of the EU flag being as they are loyal subjects.

IMPRISONMENT For Burning The EU Flag

Any Eurosceptic dissenter in the state can get up to three years imprisonment for burning the EU flag. Removing, destroying damaging, rendering it unusable or unrecognisable would also be a criminal offence. If convicted, the offender would likely get a three-year prison sentence.

The state of Saxony already have laws that prohibit the damage of national flags; however, lawmakers in Saxony want to extend those laws to cover a blue cloth with twelve golden stars.

Its all about PRIORITIES.

The AfD (Alternative for Germany Party) had excellent results after local elections gained them 25.3% of the vote in Saxony. Earlier this year the AfD office in the city of Döbeln was targeted by terrorists, an explosion set the office on fire and caused damage to nearby buildings, cars parked in the vicinity were also damaged.

The LKA Anti-Terrorism Unit concluded that the explosion was “an escalation in politically motivated attacks targeting AfD offices in Saxony” and the explosion “was intended to harm people”.

Three men suspected of involvement in the AfD office bombing in Döbeln were set free after German prosecutors decided there was not enough evidence to issue a detention order.

Frank Magnitz, an MP for the AfD, was brutally attacked earlier this year by three hooded men, we reported on that incident HERE.

However, nobody appears to have been charged for the assault that Bremen Police described as “politically motivated” even though footage of the attack went viral.

Well at least Germany, and specifically Saxony, can use the full might of the state, its institutions, its law and bring justice to those who dare desecrate a blue cloth with twelve gold stars.

Terrorist attacks and assaults against those who support the AfD appear to be condemned, just not prosecuted with the same vigour perhaps?

The AfD is the only party in Germany to speak out against the European Union.

Germany seems to have its priorities in order.
